The hotel's location is truly exceptional, being situated right on the mall yet away from all the hustle and bustle. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to explore the main market area and enjoy the charm of Queen of the Hills.

This hotel has a fantastic location right on the mall, yet tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. It's also conveniently close to the Mahakal market, making shopping a breeze. The rooms have a charming old world charm with all the proper amenities and offer stunning views of the mountains. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the prices are reasonable, offering great value for money.

Special mention to Kalpana at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist with all requests. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the basic amenities one would need. The old-world charm adds a unique touch, and some rooms offer stunning views. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with a homemade feel. It's a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring.

We loved the spacious heritage rooms that had an old-world charm. The location was perfect, very near to the main market and within walking distance from the Mall. The staff was friendly and provided us with bed warmers, heaters, and hot water round the clock. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the open deck was a great place to soak up the sun.

The hotel's proximity to the mall and being surrounded by nature make for a great location. Some of the rooms provide an incredible view of the mountains. the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The hotel had some issues with amenities, as the toiletries were insufficient and there were no liquid hand-wash available. some of the curtains were not properly blocking the light, which could be disturbing for some guests.

The property seemed to be old and in need of some renovation. The wooden flooring was creaky and there were some maintenance issues in the bathroom.
